This position is a perfect advancement opportunity for a current General Manager with a minimum of three years Hilton experience who is looking to further develop their management talents in a corporation with a strong Pittsburgh regional presence or for an experienced Assistant General Manager with five years Hilton experience who is looking to take the next step in their hotel management career.

Reporting to the Pittsburgh-based Regional Director of Operations, with full accountability to the President, duties will include the oversight of all administrative and financial hotel operations, with the specific responsibility of developing and implementing RevPAR Index, ADR/revenue management, occupancy and sales strategies.

GUEST SERVICE/ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER, PA

The Cranberry Township Hampton Inn is a proud member of The Hamister Hospitality Group, LLC, and we are currently seeking to add a Guest Service Manager or Assistant General Manager to our management team.

Reporting to the General Manager, this position is a perfect advancement opportunity for a current Guest Service or Front Desk Manager with a minimum of one year hotel experience who is looking to further develop her/his management and leadership talents in a corporation with a strong Pittsburgh-regional presence. 

This position is also a higher profile role within our corporation due to Pittsburgh being the home office for both our Regional Director of Hotel Operations and Regional Director of Hotel Sales.  In addition, this position is specifically developed as evening Manager on Duty role which will work opposite shifts, 2:00pm to 11:00pm from the General Manager. 

Reporting to the General Manager, duties will include:

• Front desk supervision and scheduling
• Department supervision and general support of all hotel operations
• Administrative reporting
• Process improvements and initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and revenue  
• Sales operations support and engage in business development activities with client guests

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum one year hotel experience, supervisory and/or scheduling experience a plus

Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

The MainStay Suites in Alcoa, TN, a proud member of The Hamister Hospitality Group, LLC, is seeking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to our Knoxville operations team.

This position is a great advancement opportunity for a current Facilities Manager who is looking to further develop their management talents in a corporation with a strong Tennessee presence, or for an Assistant Facilities Manager with a minimum of two years’ maintenance experience who is looking for the next step in their career. 

Reporting to the hotel General Manager, duties will include:

• Performing scheduled and preventative maintenance
• Provide on-going inspection and repair of building, including heating, cooling, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and some electrical
• Updating maintenance records
• Preparing for and responding to hotel brand quality assurance reviews 
• Performing facility and safety audits
• Contracting third-party vendors and negotiating contracts
• Manage purchasing, inventory and the department budget
