The newly renovated Cranberry Township Residence Inn is a proud member of The Hamister Hospitality Group, LLC, and we are currently seeking to add a Guest Service Manager to our Cranberry/Pittsburgh-regional operations team.
This position is a perfect advancement opportunity for a current Guest Service Manager or Front Desk Supervisor with a minimum one year hotel supervisory experience, or for a current Guest Service Representative who is looking to further develop her/his management and leadership talents in a corporation with a strong presence in the Pittsburgh region. Reporting to the General Manager, duties will include:
- Front desk supervision and scheduling
- General support of all hotel operations and departments
- Administrative reporting
- Process improvements and initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and revenue
- Sales operations support and engage in business development activities with client guests
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
We are looking for a candidate who has: a commitment to providing the highest quality service to our guests; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; solid management talents and a desire for driving sales excellence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to prove your leadership abilities and help others to achieve their full potential. You won’t just run a business – you will help build it. This position is a 50 to 55 hour work week with three to four week-day 3pm to 11pm shifts opposite the General Manager and rotation of weekend shifts.
