Our revenue management and maximization experts will focus on achieving superior results for you and your investors. Your property will receive support in the preparation of its budget, financial reporting, payments to vendors, payroll services, and the reconciliation of bank accounts.
Sales Management
We will provide supervision, direction, and leadership to your local sales team. We will work with them to provide training, orientation, and guidance structured toward achieving superior sales activities. The Hamister Group, Inc. will assist in the development of a comprehensive sales plan and audit its results and protocols. Quality Assurance
We will conduct quarterly reviews of brand standards at your hotel. Our internal quality assurance personnel will audit the important drivers of brand standards. We will also provide confidential hotel line access to your staff and customers in the reporting of inappropriate activities.
